How to use this site safely
Please read the following guidelines if you are worried about someone knowing you have visited this website.

- Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options
- Click on the General tab
- Under the Temporary Internet Files section, click on Delete Files then click OK
- Under the History section, click on Clear History then Yes
- Click the Content tab at the top of the window
- Under the Personal information section, click AutoComplete, click Clear Forms then OK
Internet Explorer version 7
- Click on the Tools button and select Delete Browsing History
- Click on the 'Delete Files' button and click Yes
- Click on the 'Delete History' button and click Yes
- Click on the 'Delete Forms' button and click Yes
Firefox/Netscape
- Click on the Edit menu, then Preferences, then click on Privacy
- Click on the History tab and then click on 'Clear Browsing History Now' button
- Click on the Saved Forms tab and then click on the 'Clear Saved Form Data Now' button
- Click on the Cache tab then click on the 'Clear Cache Now' button
- Click on the Close button
