Our premises at Woodhouse were not ideal due to disruptions from service users from other organisations sharing the waiting area


  • We moved to a new, larger, stand alone premises where our clients can feel more comfortable in a calming environment


You would like a facility that offered drinks to clients

  • Installed a free, self service drinking machine in our reception area

You would like more art supplies in our children’s counselling rooms

  • Improved facilities in all our counselling rooms including craft materials, art supplies, toys and games. Decorated our children’s counselling rooms with murals along with our corridors to make it a more welcoming and family friendly environment

You would like coffee mornings held within our organisation for service users

  • Organised coffee mornings, drop-ins, forums and craft sessions for our clients to engage with staff, volunteers and each other. Separate sessions are offered for adults and children
