In compliance with UK and European Protection Regulations, this privacy policy explains what personal data we collect and how we deal with it. This policy was updated on the 25th May 2018 to ensure that we are adhering to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Savana Inc. Ltd takes the protection of your privacy very seriously. We will only use your personal data to deliver the services you have requested from us, and to meet our legal responsibilities.
We collect information from you when you complete a referral form on our website, this includes your name, date of birth, post code and contact number we also ask for your consent to contact you.
This information is directed to info@savana.org.uk where the referral is handled by the services team. Any employees with access to your information have a duty of confidentiality under their contract and in accordance with the ethical standards of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
No information is retained on the website.
We do not allow media to be uploaded onto our website.
We do have a Twitter feed which is linked to Savana, for the purpose of up-to date news around sexual and domestic violence.
