General Administrator
The role of General Administrator is to support the strong growth of Savana re: Service administration, Management administration and other General office duties.
Applicants must have; Proven written and oral communication skills, Good spelling, grammar and sentence structure, Equipment handling experience, Research skills, Good use of Microsoft office, Filing and paper management skills. Self-motivation and Flexibility are also essential.
Contract: 1 year fixed/part time
Hours: 21 hours
Salary: £18,250 per annum pro rata
Holiday Entitlement: 21 days plus statutory holidays
Location: Unit C, Metro Business Park, Clough Street, ST1 4AF
Training & Marketing Administrator
The role of Training and Marketing Administrator is to support the strong growth of Savana re: Training administration, Training, Marketing and Outreach administration; Social Media Marketing and Communications, General office duties.
Applicants must have; Proven written and oral communication skills, Good spelling, grammar and sentence structure, Equipment handling experience, Research and data analytic skills, Good Knowledge and use of social media platforms, Good knowledge and use of Microsoft office, Filing and paper management skills and the ability to Source and co-ordinate Savana’s attendance at outreach events.
Contract: Permanent/Part Time
Hours: Part time 28 hours
Salary: £18,250 per annum pro rata
Holiday Entitlement: 28 Days plus statutory holidays pro rata

Funding Officer
The role of Funding Officer is to support The Senior Finance and Business Manager with the development and successful implementation of a range of funding. To undertake regular prospect research using a variety of methods to identify potential funding streams and prioritise opportunities based around organisational need and funding criteria/deadlines, complete and submit funding bids, ensuring data is collected, analysed and evaluated for reports.
Applicants must be a team player who is Computer literate with; Organisational skills, Ability to research and cross reference, Strong interest in funding/sources, Experience required: working with Funding bids, Working with data sources, Working without direct supervision and Working in an office environment. Financial Knowledge and skills are also essential.
Contract: Permanent/Part Time
Hours: 28
Salary: £20,093 per annum pro rata
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days pro rata plus statutory holidays
